Confidential business context
We treat sensitive client and prospect information as part of the work.
Analyst Relations discussions can involve strategy, roadmap direction, revenue priorities, customer context, competitive concerns and internal decision-making. Kea handles that information through professional business systems and limits access to the people who need it for the relevant work.
Kea uses Proton company-wide for business email, calendar and secure communication, alongside selected providers for hosting, forms, analytics, meetings and internal collaboration. Provider choices are reviewed through a practical security and privacy lens, not as a box-ticking exercise.

Data protection information for website visitors
How we process personal data.
Controller: Kea Company GmbH, Weikamps Land 14, 46395 Bocholt, Germany. Privacy contact: security@keaar.com.
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data-protection law.
Retention: We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to manage the relevant business relationship, or to comply with legal retention obligations. Where a specific category requires a different retention period or criterion, we state that below.
Required information: Providing personal data is generally voluntary. Where particular information is necessary to answer an enquiry, enter into or perform a contract, provide a requested service, or meet legal requirements, we may be unable to proceed without it.
Website access and server logs
When you access this website, technical data may be processed to deliver the website, maintain system stability and security, and investigate misuse or cyberattacks. This can include IP address, browser and device information, referrer, request time and requested content. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server-log data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes, unless a longer period is required by law or to investigate a security incident.
Contact forms and enquiries
When you contact us by email or through a form, we process the information you provide in order to respond and manage the enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We retain enquiries only for as long as needed to handle the request and relevant business relationship, unless legal retention obligations require longer storage. Where information is required to respond or provide a requested service, we may be unable to do so without it.
Spam and security checks
Information submitted through forms, together with technical data such as IP address and browser information, may be checked by automated spam and security tools. Security-related data is kept only for as long as needed to prevent, detect or investigate misuse, unless a longer period is required by law.
No automated decision-making
We do not use personal data for automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
Tools, processors and recipients
Service providers are used where they are needed.
We use carefully selected service providers for website hosting, security, forms, analytics, communications, internal collaboration, file storage and online meetings. Where they process personal data on our behalf, they are contractually bound in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.
Third-party providers may receive technical information such as your IP address when their content or services are loaded. Further information is available in the Google Privacy Policy, the G2 Privacy Policy and the Proton Privacy Policy.
International data transfers: Some providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision — including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for participating organisations — or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where required.
Cookies, analytics and embedded services
Consent applies where required.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the website. Non-essential analytics and similar technologies are loaded only after consent where required. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG where applicable. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time.

Data subject rights under GDPR
Your privacy rights.
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to withdraw consent, obtain access to your personal data, request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, request data portability, object to processing and not be subject to certain automated decisions.
